DELIVERY AND RETURN
- Natioanal and International shipping calculated by weight.
- Receive the payments by Bank Transfer through Bank Mandiri, BCA and CIMB.
- Orders dispatched from Bali, Indonesia.
- Allow 2-5 working days for Indonesia delivery (occasionally longer at busy times)
- Allow 5 - 15 working days for international delivery, depending on your country (USA, Australia, and other customers outside of the ASEAN, please see note at bottom of page)
- Orders need to be signed for on delivery
- Please contact us before ordering if you need something in a rush. We can often arrange express delivery.
You may like to give a work address if you will not be at home to sign for delivery.
Order not turned up? Please check with your local delivery office – they may have attempted delivery when no one was available to sign, they should leave a card to notify you, but sometimes they don’t!
If there is still no sign of your package, please contact us.
if you need to return an item for any reason, here's how:
1) Contac us through email@example.com and explain your reason to return also attached the picture as an evidence. ( Please write RETURN_NAME_NAME ORDER_REASON FOR RETURN in Subject)
2) You also could contact us through LINE @ or Whatsapp for fast reply.
3) If we have replied and allow for return. You can send it back to our address in Jalan Kunti II no 11x Kuta Bali – Indonesia 80361
4) Please keep a proof of posting shipping costs are non-refundable, unless you are returning a faulty item.
Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty, in which case the policy is extended to 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it with all tags still attached. By making a purchase, you are agreeing to the returns policy.
